also what are the best and cheapest didicated servrs out there to rent per/month or year).

best tech support, server speeds and reliable. Average cost is $7.95/month
many people on here recommend it.

Hostmonster don't offer anything except shared hosting. possibly you are getting them mixed up with Hostgator.

I've had allot of host over the years,, I currently use Liquid Web,, best I've used,, and support even reads the ticket and replies with direction to resolve any issues you might have.

For shared hosting in Windows (IIS) DiscountASP.net can also be a great choice and for Linux hosting you can think of GoDaddy or Hostgator.

So far so good
