We've been told to look up, or think of how a "back-end CRM" could be developed for an estate agent (its just a question my lecturer posed me, not formal - but its niggling at me) - but I cant seem to find out what is meant by a back-end CRM? I cant really find anything specific or specific examples of it - just really broad views (or companies advertising their CRM solutions) Anyone got any insights into this / any useful links?
