It's unclear what you are actually looking for. Are you looking for people who will work to find projects for you to complete? That's called a salesperson, or account manager if you want to be fancy. I'll go ahead and move this thread to the Vacant Job Positions forum (I'm assuming this is a job with a salary or commission or some sort of fair compensation, though you didn't mention it).

I would have to agree that what you want here was quite unclear.

But, based on how I understood it from reading it several times, you probably need some web developers who could work for you and partner with you?
