I am selling my Advertising Site - Best Ad Advertising a 6 letter domain (owned it for two years)
http://www.bestad.org . This is a great site for a website developer or someone who wants to do full time advertising. I have personally designed around 15 sites ranging from $300 to $500 with it. This site has payed triple what its worth. I have done advertising all around the Midwest making income because this site is truly a stay at home job. However I am moving into a new genre project involving something entirely different to make income so I am selling this off for a cheap price of $850.00. I am moving out of the Advertising business/web design into something new. $500.00 a month would be a slow month for this site based on contacts/web design.
Best Ad gets a good amount of traffic for being a Advertising Bis. It gets customer quotes all the time. Just Google, Bing, Yahoo keywords: "Best Ad" and its first page - Global Monthly Searches 450,000 Local Monthly Searches 246,00. There are multiple other keywords it goes under also. Domain Expires Feb 02 2014 - So everything is payed for till then. PR 2 site. If you need me to change the map location on the about page to your location I will do that. I will show you how to change the YouTube video on the main page. If you need me to delete anything on the website pages I will do that also but I will not add things to the web pages (unless payed).
- Scrap the site and build a PPC site etc if you want (Best Ad.org is a premium domain on Goddady but I need the money now). For payment I take Paypal only and the hosting and domain is all yours till 2014. If you keep the website you can list my name in there for previous business contacts. I will refer them to you as the new owner.
READ: This site does not let backlinks expire after sales like most gimmicks. This site never received pumped up traffic for a few months with 5 dollar traffic like these other sites. This is not a repeat script to sell and no fake revenue Photoshop images.
The host I use has unlimited bandwidth and disk space.
