Character Issue on Website

Hello guys, I'm a Graphics Designer, who's an absolute amateur when it comes to coding. So I sought the help of some Psd to HTML experts for a client.

And they uploaded it on they're servers, worked perfectly fine. Then, uploaded it to Easyspace, and I have weird character issues. However, it's common whenever apostrophe's arise. However, this is not persistent, as some apostrophes can be seen without the funny characters.

For example, this page;

The funny characters are rampant on this page.
Please, please, please, could someone please offer me assistance!
I just need to know what needs to be done.

Get notepad++ and make a new document. From the tab named "Encoding", choose "Encode in UTF-8 without BOM".

Then copy the contents of your current file into it and correct all apostrophes. Save the file and check it.

This guy solved the problem why are you bumping it?
