I am looking for someone to Skype chat / tutor me. We can arrange a payment fee structure....but I am really hoping to find someone who I can chat with occassionally to help with various coding issues.

I own a web application built on MVC / PHP and MySQL. I have a full time coder, but he lives across the world! So i need someone who can help me with basic tasks.
