Got Everything Together, but can't hook it all up

I have been buzzing around the forum for a week now and have received a great amount of help, which I truly appreciate.

Now, I have been working with several elements and got some code from other people and old projects I turfed.

Now I need to put it all together - The code is not 100% yet I know, but I really need help as far as this is concerned.

Please have a look at my project files attached ... all criticism and help is appreciated - and I don't expect anyone to put it together for me - it's jsut I have been working flat out (Again) without a break for over 13 hours and need fresh eyes.
