My website Layout

Hey guys, sorry if my other topic was a little difficult. I been struggling for the last couple hours fixing my layout.

This is what my website is suppose to look like:

But the problem is I can't get the main content table and the ad space to right, to be side to side, in that position with that amount of space in between.

My site isn't up yet, im doing the html files and the css external files before I register a domain and setup hosting.
But I can't figure out positioning div tags to exact location. on screen

I been reading w3 school, and searching online for better div examples. But I dont understand how to position them where ever you like.

And it's pretty much brought me to a halt, once i know how to, I should be done with my site in no time.
