need help with fixing MSQL and PHP file

I have a website built in Flex. I am reworking the gallery part. It needs to populate the images off a MSQL database. I have the database created in godaddy and have a userAdmin.php and projectAdmin.php file. currently it does not work and for the life of me can not figure out why it does not work. Need help.

I need to be able to log into the user admin section and add projects and then be able to add images to each project. then have the gallery load the projects and images.

Can pay $100 for the fix of the database. Also I will send all the files via my Dropbox.

Hi, what exactly do you need because I have some experience in MySQL and PHP as well as calling from a database etc.
