Sticky Footer

Howdy all.. I have a challenge that of course over the years many developers & designers have tackled, the wonderful world of sticky footers.

So I have this site template that I will be 100% customizing http://goplayou.nextmp.net/

As you can see there is a wrapper with a background image on it and then a footer... I need both of these elements being the background image and the the entire footer container to stick to the bottom of the page no matter the window size.

So who can come up with an answer for me on this one.
