New Website design and IE9 problems

I made a new website design recently and ive encountered some problems trying to get it to look correctly in IE9 for some reason no matter what I do I can't seem to fix it of course it seems to work fine in firefox and google chrome but I've been trying to come up with a solution for fixing it for IE9 users does anyone have any suggestions. Also if anyone could give me an idea what they think about the design too that would be great. Its a mixture of a intergrated control panel with IPB news plugin to pull data from the forums. http://www.existencero.com

says you have no doctype and that will do it for IE
