Seeking Partner for Item Website

I am building a website much like craigslist but with an easier interface, more security against spam, and free ads + pay per ads. I just started it today, and using quick graphics I make myself so I don't use copyrighted ones, but professional looking will come later.

This website would have more categories, more organized, and just superior in every way. Looking for a 50/50 partner.

I know HTML, CSS, PHP and MYSQL.

It's a big project, need assistance in making it to go faster. Also I am not the best layout designer.

Whats wrong with craigslist? I use it all the time, bought and sold many items on it and use it for advertising.

Thanks for the reminder hhmegpks9. Ok out of curiosity I visited and I don't see where you would need alot of help. It's like advertising in your local news paper.
But there are plenty of free/ opensource scripts out there you can use:
pic one heres a free php script with CMS and many features.

I apologise if I'm not exactly any help, but most of what you want to build is already built for you. You just have to insatll and market it! But if you still want help let me know.
