Is there any text within the links that will help you categorize them ? If so there is an editor named SED that will extract them to a listing. However it normally only runs or Linux, Mac or Unix, but it can be ported to Windows. It usually runs in the BASH shell. It would take me about five minutes to write a shell script to do it.
Or are you obliged to do it 'by hand' ?
PS: I've found that you can drag and drop links into a textarea window,at least with modern browsers. Then you could upload them in a form and edit them with a text editor. But only includes the URL, they would have to be parsed.

When you know what you're doing it's called Engineering, when you don't know, it's called Research and Development. And you can always charge more for Research and Development.
