Partner Wanted to Code Free Classifieds Site

I am looking for someone who knows how to program a web site for a classified listings site, nothing fancy, just basic text but someone who can do good programming like html, css, javascript, perl, php, or the server-side scripting language of your choice with SEO in mind. I will then translate the code with an editor since this site is geared towards markets outside of the USA. Or maybe you can take an open source program and tweak it to be text based only and simple and I will translate it over.

I own 5 simple and catchy domain names in another language which are catchy and easy to remember and looking for a partnership to start this up. I can only offer shares/a stake in the site in exchange for the code you program. There is room for expansion in this market and my domain names are perfect for it.

I do have html and web knowledge so I can help out, but mostly on the editing side of things plus the vision of how the site should operate and ideas on making it a success as well as the overall vision and concept of the site which includes being user friendly and creative. I am not going to just sit back and make you do all the work as I am always researching and I can bring fresh ideas to the table. I will pay for the hosting and help out with the design and fixing the content. If you want to get into a start up opportunity without investing money then please reply. If you also know SEO then we will not have to worry about getting an additional person or partner or I can just pay for it, but gotta find someone good for that.

I am a reasonable, ethical, calm, respectful, professional and rational person so I expect the same.
