giving me erro on this file

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A0046)
Permission denied
/test/locate/enterinforXL.asp, line 26


if i removed that entire filesystemobject it submits the page
what it is

I'd make sure that directory has write permissions enabled.
