Changing the Website Extension

Hey Guys... I am having a little trouble.. I am currently working on a website.. www.halaltamweel.com and it is built using asp.net,

all the inner pages have a ".aspx" extension after them. Now should I ask the development team to rewrite the URLs and make the extension from ".aspx" to ".html" ??

Because HTML is much more Google friendly, would this thing help or would it prove to be a negative mark ?

yes you can easily change the extension from ".aspx" to ".html"
and i don't think HTML is much more Google friendly.!
