What is the source of the offset above and below the site?

http://www.belerosemedia.com/blog/

I've been trying to figure out for a while with Firebug, Chrome Dev Tools and IE Tools, but I cant find what it is. It looks like it is part of <html> tag and it is called "offset", but I have no idea how to get rid of it (dont have he background space above the header and below the footer).

Thank you.
