How can i mod mobile java games?

Hi!
I want to mod, edit java games(jar), but i found nothing simple tutorial or software on the internet.
I just want to make the games easier, change money value etc. For example, in The Sims 3 i want to change the initial money, or the selling value of furnitures. Can you help me?

Not without the source code. If you have that, presumably you are free to modify it. Without it, its likely against the TOS of the company providing the software, and would require techniques inappropriate for this forum.
