Simple fopen fwrite script

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

Hi, I need a script that will add a line of text to a file. The file would be a now playing text file for a radio stream/broadcast.

I want my dj's to be able to go to a webpage ex: stream.radio.fm/update.php

all i would want is one two text entry fields:"Song Name" and "Artist"
that would go into the text file as SongName - Artist

and a submit button.

every time they would press update it would just overwrite the previous entry AND append the song name to another file for charting purposes.


it does not have to look nice, just be centered in the screen.


2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):

willing to pay 15 dollars, and we might have other jobs based on your work.

i can pay via paypal or check, but paypal is preferred. payment would be sent the moment we have the script in place.
