Question Basic database stuff

I would just like to know of some basic lessons/ books/ sites that would enable me to create just a basic registration form that saves the name and email into a database.

Just google "beginner tutorials for mysql".

EDIT: Also try googling "basic registration form mysql php" (or whatever server/front end language you're using).
