I am a Web Designer looking for a reliable developer/programmer who knows HTML/CSS, PHP, JAVA and Wordpress.
I design/code custom Wordpress templates, but am looking to focus on the design aspect and find someone to code.

This would be on a long term contractor basis with payment to be discussed.

But i am not sure if you can find all expertise in one person like php and java. please mention if java means javascript?
