some form action needed

Hello! friends,
I am little confused about the place i am posting this question. so please don't get angry

I have a small ajax selector which pulls data from mysql database. For example
The form pulls cities when state is selected, example is at http://www.buddy-net.co.cc/project/main.php Please take a look.

And now i also have a suggestion script which stores all values in a js file which i have downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/projects/wick/ example is at http://www.buddy-net.co.cc/w/

now i want that when a city is selected a specific js file for that city is loaded for suggestion any body tell me what to do?
