Need a web developer and web designer (in one). The challenge is to perform an upgrade website (personnel agency) - http://www.tarusexpert.ru . Design and technical construction of the site are outdated. It is also necessary to add some services that allow users to transfer information online. Finally, need to create a convenient opportunity to update information on this website. The new version of the site will be in two languages -English and Russian. Translate the text is not required. For this purpose, a separate expert.
