which layout to go for

I have designed two pages for display result but I can't decide which one to go for,

on the bottom layout I have decided to use alt tags for the facilities decription..

PLEASE COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK AND TELL ME WHICH ONE TO GO FOR (top OR bottom) AND WHY THANK YOU

I would go for the first one. It looks more balanced somehow with the wider columns. Just my thought!

definately the top one. It both looks better, and will be easier to use... and none of that "mystery meat" navigation...

I think the menu on the first one better. alot eseir to see and to navigate on.

I like the first one for the said reasons... however, I like on the second one you have the orange outlines for the navigation section.

Top one it is.
However I also like the orange borders as well, perhaps a combo. of the two?

I too choose number 1, though I feel there needs to be some what of a seperation between the two columns. The orange outline would work, but so would a simple light-gray vertical line.
