Flash builder, launching multiple applications, with different custom html wrappers

Hello,
In our application, we have a modified our flex SDK index.template.html to works spacifically with the main application in our project. I am adding a flexunit
test suite in the same project and would like to launch that in it's own separate html file and can't seem to find a way to do that. I created a separate
html file which embeds the flexunit testrunner swf file and tried to do a Run As and add a custom launch configuration that pointed at that html file
but that always launched a blank browser window. I can launch it as a simple .swf, but we have tests in our application that rely on External Interface calls.

Thanks for any help!

View the source of the blank window page and make sure all of your code and JS libs are there. Also, check to make sure you aren't getting any JS errors with Firebug or similar.
