1) Talent Calculator for a MMORPG

The project is a Talent Calculator, an example here: http://www.torhead.com/calculator/skill#500.1

I want the whole project dealt with, that includes both programming and webdesign. It's preferred that the programmer made a similar talent calculator before or has an idea about this. The project requires JS (as you can see from the example) and must be fully customizable from the backend.

2) Payment preferred via PayPal but I can accept other methods, with no problem. As for the timeline, it's flexible but it will be discussed in detail with those interested. I don't have a fix budget and I expect those who are interest to offer me their bids.

Further details on this project will be discussed only with those interested.
