small wordpress+classipress bug fix

My website which is built on Wordpress and runs on Classipress has a small bug which needs to be fixed. Here is the bug:

"Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in theme-functions.php on line 1541"

Need someone to fix this real quick! The ad categories appear and disappear control panel. The coder will most likely be the go-to person from now on for technical issues.
