Uploading CSV/HTML/RSS Files To Wordpress

1) Project Details:
Hello All,
I am looking for assistance with uploading my affiliate data into wordpress custom fields to create posts. I have made an attempt to do this by using a plugin by the name of munkytubecsv but each post created displays the following -" You did not assign post_title in MunkyTubeCSV" & You did not assign post_content in MunkyTubeCSV. Also, the plugin will not import data to custom fields. I am seeking someone to show me either how to correctly use this plugin to import my data or create a SIMPLE upload script that will complete this task. I thank you in advance for your response!
