creating my own comment box

Can anyone help me find a way to create my own comment box. I really need one for my website. And please don't tell me to go to htmlcommentbox.com. I don't want to use that website.

I need to be able to have this comment box displayed 5 times on one webpage.

I also need it to only display 2-5 comments. In other words i don't want it to display 100 comments if their were 100 comments.

Can anyone help me? I kind of new to this, but i do have somewhat of an idea of what i'm doing.

If you have somewhat of an idea what you're doing, then you wouldn't have posted this in an HTML/CSS forum...

Your problem is related to server side scripting and your question, even if posted there, would not get an answer. You need to be much more specific with what you need.
