3D Rotating Menue

Im trying to figure out how to correct the problems Im having with the 3D Rotating Menue script ( http://www.fxapplets.com/fxapplets/a...urot/index.htm ) in my webpage ( http://lord_bitterthings.tripod.com/index2.html )...... I figured out how to change the number of images and the background image, but I cant get the individual icon's to show up right. I designed them in photoshop as .gif's with transparent backgrounds, but they appear with grey backgrounds instead in the animation? Also not sure which field to edit to make the arrows that appear on the left and right side be different colors (preferably white so that they'll show up better).... Any help would greatly be appreciated.....
