Question Hope this is not a stoooopid question?

Hi Guy's,

I have tried to find the answer to this question on the net but have failed. I do hope that this is not a stupid question.

The question is: "Are CSS frame layout's search engine friendly"?

Search Engine Optimization(SEO) is actually one of the reasons it's better to use CSS frames instead of standard HTML frames.
