Want to hire someone (asp.net, ajax, html, css)

Hello everyone:

I am an engineer (not a coder) and doing a project in asp.net. I am looking to hire someone who can help us re-skin our website. Let me explain:

We have a fully functioning website but it is filled with tables, td, tr, etc.. and it is ugly as .... well you know...

We developed and did the HTML/CSS of a brand new user interface and it is ready to be configured as aspx pages, and then get connected to the source code (c#) and the ms-sql.

I need someone who can efficiently ( and without excuses, drama, or trauma), take our new html/graphic pages and insert the pointers and background code (asp and ajax) from the existing functional website pages into it. The existing functional website is asp.net (c#, mssql), so we need someone who is very competent in asp.net to be able to BUILD aspx pages from html pages (based on existing code) and turn it over to us quickly. We will then replace the old "tables based" pages with the new div based ( and graphically relevant) html pages.
