bodymoves New Coder Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 31 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	hr: question for developers/managers i'm an on-site consultant and have developed a couple of projects, built by my lonesome. there is literally no project manager which puts me in a very difficult situation. i'm basically a one person shop in a department within a government agency. upper management is not helping with the situation -- seems like they want a 'jack of all trades' but, the pay is not there. on one hand, i want to bounce but, on the other hand i don't want to 'run away' what are your thoughts on the situation?
