MySQL Database & PHP pages

Hello all,

I work for a small local business called Screen Tek. We are currently looking for someone who can give 1 on 1 assistance in helping us to create and edit several pages that work with a MySQL database.

What we have:
- The full database with sample content
- A "write to" page that writes information to the database, styled as needed
- An "update.php" script for the "write to" page
- A search form with three search boxes (search by job number, by customer, by contact)
- A page to display results from each of those search boxes in a table. Table columns are Job Number, Customer, Contact, Description.

What we need:
- A friendly individual who can get the job done quickly and who is willing to spend time on the phone discussing job details.
- To link the 'Job Number' results to display that specific database entry
- To have an edit and print button on that specific entry
- When a database entry is submitted, needs to go to the edit/print page

It's kind of hard to explain exactly what we need.. however, we have everything necessary to explain the job in deeper detail when the time comes (such as visual examples and whatknot).
