[WTH] Hiring a Full Time Web Designer

I am looking to hire a full-time web designer for my business.
Full time means 40 - 50 hours of work per week, 8 - 10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
You will need to keep track of time used on each project/assignment, so I will check.

The person best qualified for this job will be able to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiently.
You will also be required to code simple web pages/landing pages with the latest HTML and CSS standards. I will not accept work sliced into tables. Knowing PHP and other languages is a plus.
You will create banners, vector logos and fonts, landing pages, simple website designs and WordPress themes (or learn how to code WordPress themes if you don't know already.
You must be able to work creatively on your own and come up with your own ideas based off limited instructions.

I am looking to pay $100 - 200 USD per week. This is negotiable based upon your skills, creativity, quality, quantity of work, time you can work and location. Bonuses will be paid out upon extraordinary work achievements. Raises will be issued based off performance. This job is suited for those living in SE Asia or India. I know US/UK based designers want more, but I live in SE Asia so I'm looking for someone that can work around my timezone.

You can work from any location. I only ask you be consistent in turning in work daily and on time.

Please send your portfolios to buddydupre@gmail.com. Also, attach some of your HTML/CSS work so I can check the quality of your code with my own eyes.

If you cannot code without tables, do not apply. If you can not work full time, do not apply.

Again, email me at buddydupre@gmail.com with your portfolio.

Thank you!

I WILL NOT BE CHECKING MY MESSAGES AND REPLIES HERE. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU NEED MORE INFO.

lol I hope this is a joke... you want someone to work 40-50 hours a week for you and only get paid 100-200 dollars . I am sorry but saying your expecting to pay 2-4 dollars an hour for an experienced web designer makes you look like a complete retard (are you 10 years old?). Add a 0 to that (1000-2000 dollars) a week and I think you will be a little closer to what you should be paying.

Hello justin,

I am a semi-beginner to intermediate web designer, im work well with DW5 and PS5, im going to be honest, im not the best when it comes to illustrator. You full time job sounds interesting. Even though a full time web developer should be getting $1,000+ a week and your offering $100-$200 a week is ok for me as i really need a job and all the money helps me alot! Let me know if you want to hear more from me just email my home business email, i have just recently finished making a website for my uncles for his car detailing business.

Thankyou,
