Any Idea about How many backlinks do we need to get a certain PageRank?

My Opinion

PR1 = 11 Average Links
PR2 = 58 Average Links
PR3 = 296 Average Links
PR4 = 1,520 Average Links
PR5 = 7,816 Average Links
PR6 = 40,185 Average Links
PR7 = 206,611 Average Links
PR8 = 1,062,280 Average Links
PR9 = 5,461,663 Average Links
PR10 = 28,080,881 Average Links

number of backlinks doesnt matter but the quality of backlinks matter..if you have backlink on pr7 page having less than 5 out bound backlinks also called OBL then you can 80% juice and your page will become nearly pr5 with only one backlink..but to get such backlink is very difficult so i suggest you to get backlinks from high pr pages by commenting, or article writing on high pr blogs instead of thousands of low pr backlinks.

Back link's from High PR website are very usefull then getting hundreds of back links from low pagerank blog's or website. If you are getting 5 back link from High PR page then it will be good as you will get more link juice then of other low pagerank website as they don't share any link juice or very lil bit. So it's always good to get back link from High PR website and it will be really great to have these link's from Do Follow website or blog's.

Try to get back-links from high page rank blogs or websites with low outbound links. To ease your task just buy high pr back-links because to find quality back-links is very difficult and by buying back-links you get ready made high pr back-links.

Hello Colin wood I am not agree with you. PR id not depends on this type of calculation. i think less high pr back link is more effective than greater backlink of low pr

Yes, number is not important here. how many quality back-links you have is much important than how many number of back links.

There is a formula that google used to determine the pagerank and the number of backlinks is not the only thing involve in ranking.
