Looking for some Freelancers

Do you have clients knocking down your door to get work done, or are you going to find clients once you have your team put together? Also, it seems you will pay by the job-- are you the one that will decide how much your team members get paid, based on how long you think something should take to complete? Or will you let your team members set their own pricing with your clients?
