Help with a mobile friendly page

I maintain a local bait & tackle shops website using frontpage. www.pellsonline.com
I have also set up a sub domain (http://mobile.pellsonline.com)

For this mobile version of the site I setup a home page with a one column table with the width set at 39%. This looks fine on my driod phone and serves my purpose.

My question is:
Can I stop that page from scrolling horizontally?

Thanks for any help.

Just an FYI, the view full site button is a link to the mobile subdomain(http://mobile.pellsonline.com/index.html) rather than the desktop site(http://pellsonline.com/index.html).
