Searching Developer + Designer for equity (+ cash?)

Highly innovative Social Network
Small startup located in europe, couple of months before private beta release, multiple investors showed interest already.

Developer:
Required (don’t even think of emailing me without mastering this):
Object-Oriented PHP
Bare basics of html/css/javascript
Absolutely a big pro (will get you ahead of your competition)
Some experience with NoSQL (or the ability/motivation to learn fast from me).
iOS development skills (native app)

Designer:
Required skillset (don’t even think of emailing me without mastering this):
Webdesign (Photoshop)
Bare basics of html/css
Frontend development (javascript(jquery))
Absolutely a big pro (will get you ahead of your competition)
(basic) knowledge about user interface design
(basic) AS3 or Flex skills

This is a long-term job offer, payment will be preferably in equity, after closing the first investors in regular payment. This is obviously open to debate, for instance minimum wage instead of equity, or a mixture etc. (I will let my lawyer take care of an airtight contract after we debated the terms.)
