Hey!
I've caught wind of a App development competition Samsung are doing with some universities around the UK and whilst that's good for the students at those universities I also found out that they have a 'wildcard' section of the competition where basically anyone from the UK can enter.
I think the prize is only like a TV or a tab but if they like it and you get shortlisted your app will basically get promoted by them and go on sale in their store. You keep the IP and get the usual cut of the sale.
Admittedly, I could have kept this one to myself
but thought it to be a little selfish
