Looking for professional coder to develop both front/back end of new startup

1) Project Details:

I am looking for a web developer who has the right skills to be able to build our new startup website.

The sites main function is to provide a platform where users can register and book collection and delivery slots for their laundry/drycleaning to be collected/delivered.

The system in place will have to take into account area postcodes to determine relevant slot times for both collection and delivery.

- Coding of Front end of site from designs provided from design team
- order/collection booking system
- A loyalty points scheme needs to be integrated
- A user area for customers personal details, order history etc
- Back end development, database of users, orders, Admin
- A website that is SEO optimized for keywords

We are looking to fill this role immediately and begin work asap. The design for the site is currently being made. You must be highly versed in producing high quality websites.
