how to create drop down menu or drop down navigation. The one that show other link when mouse over.

is it from css or javascript? or I can do it only by html?

I had found a better online tool for drop down navigation for my website from hscripts.com/tools/dropdown-menu .. You can make use of the get code to intialize this horizontal css drop down menu in your website. You can also use multiple menus and sub menu with this drop down menu tool..
