CSS - Content getting pushed underneath sidebar

Hi all,

I wonder if you guys can help me. The file attached below contains one page (index.html) which when the browser is made smaller horizontally it pushes the content area (text and jQuery tabbed component) underneath the side navigation bar.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue?
