Create PDF's from Database info, and Upload to Slideshare.net

I need a program that will create PDF's from information in a database and automatically upload them in to www.SlideShare.net using their API.

I had someone working on this, but they could not get the PDF to format / look good, So I need help again.

The first step is to create a program that will take vehicle information from my database and format it into a PDF.

The second part is to create a program that will send the vehicles PDF's to SlideShare.net (and remove then when they are sold) using SlideShare.net's API.

This is an example of what I am looking for.

If you can do this, please let me know price and time frame.

I looked into it and the PDF-creation is done, I just have to customize it to your needs.
SlideShare implementation is done too.
