I am trying to create a PHP script that will parse this file. However, the link is not an .XML link but instead an .ASPX link that pops up a download window. Is there any way to import an XML file that is dynamically generated like this? This server does not allow any changes to be made to its files unless uploaded through a long series of deploys so I cannot just download the XML file but rather need to read it remotely.
