Work for Equity: Web dev for LA based startup

I'm looking for a developer who has a lot of knowledge in PHP, MySQL, Javascript and CSS/HTML. I am the IT partner in a start up and we're building social networking and web application technology into our site. We will also be building web mobile apps. This is a work for equity options (not cash) consulting arrangement, and is part time.
