Editing Label Icons in Blogger

I am trying to edit a blog, and having issues working with the "labels" tabs. I arranged it so that the "labels" tabs are under the header, and want to change the tabs I have now to custom icons/pictures I create.

I am trying to edit the tabs under the header so they can look something like the tabs on this website:
http://www.whowhatwear.com/website/home.php
(pictures, text changes color when you hover over)

so basically the red background labels(link) you have now you want to have background images?

if so set a differant class to each label(link),
<li class="dailydietconfessional">
<li class="diettipts">
and so on....

then in the css you would add
li .dailydietconfessional {background-image: url("root of the image you want as this link")

do that for each label(li)
