pop up resizable no

hi, i know that FFox disregards the resizable=0 in this popup, im wondering can i wrap it in something like jquery or iframe to make it not resizable.

im not sure how to do it. im not sure of the syntax to force it resizable in most popular browsers.

Code:
do i do something like this
onClick="<iframe>javascript:popup blah blah blah</iframe>.

this is what im working with now and how it is opened:

<a href="javascript:void(null)" onClick="javascript:popup=window.open('shoutbox/minichat.php','SHTB','status=0,menubar=0,resizable=0,scrollbars=0,width=300px,height=310px');"><font size="2">Shoutbox</font></a>
thanks
