Nav bar submenus

It seems that alot of beginners have problems with this. :P

Anyways. I had it all set up and perfect then all of a sudden everything broke. Never found out what happened.

I could really use some help cleaning up the code because I'm sure that I have a lot of unnecessary stuff in there.

Other than a good clean up job I need the submenu fixed to where it has the transparent background that I have set on it and When I hover if I'm not on the text then it goes away..

I really think its the padding somewhere but I'm not sure.
