Custom Transparent Cursor (need help)

Would anyone out there be willing to convert a transparent GIF into a transparent cursor for me?

The program I have can't keep the transparent aspect of the image.

It'll only take you a couple minutes at the most.

I had another forum member (Quiet Storm?) do one for me sometime back, but I can't remember which member. I had a couple emails with several members going at the same time, and I can't remember who was who, etc.

I just need the one cursor. Any help?

Well, I have his email...or can at least dig it up. I just didn't want to drop in on him with such a request without any warning. That, and I'm not certain he did the last one for me. What do you think?

I'll go ahead and send you the GIF...and see what happens.

Thanks.
